§ Featured Work / Case 05 · Multi-project real estate

Multi-project developer,
one site for every project.

A Pune developer with a portfolio of residential and commercial projects. A marketing platform their sales team runs without engineers: a page for every project, a filterable portfolio, and an owned lead pipeline. New projects ship in minutes, not weeks.

The client & the job

One data file. Every project.

A Pune developer with a portfolio of around ten residential and commercial projects, grown from contracting into ground-up development. The voice is heritage and craft, quiet and audit-ready, not the usual gold-on-black builder shine.

The engagement was a marketing platform the team runs itself: a page for every project, a filterable portfolio, a commercial showcase, and an owned lead pipeline. Adding a project is one entry in a data file, so new launches go live without engineering and without waiting weeks.

Scope

  • A page per project, around 10
  • 5-tab filterable portfolio
  • Commercial showcase
  • Gated floor and unit plans
  • Owned lead pipeline
  • 3-step enquiry flow
The build · the portfolio

Filter the whole portfolio in one tap.

Every project, ongoing to delivered to commercial, lives in one data file behind one filter. The sales team adds a launch by adding a row. Watch the grid re-sort.

What made it work

Three decisions that handed over the keys.

01

The team adds a project without me.

Every project reads from one data file. A new launch is one entry, no new page, no new deploy, no developer. The sales team runs the site themselves.

02

The leads are theirs.

The pipeline writes to a spreadsheet the client owns, with no third-party form fee. They can restructure columns, add dashboards, and triage leads directly. A row lands in about five seconds.

03

Gated where it counts.

Floor plans are the thing a serious buyer wants. One enquiry unlocks them across the whole portfolio, respectful to the user, and it captures the qualified lead.

What shipped

A platform the team runs without me.

A page for every project

Around 10 projects, each with hero, gallery, and gated plans.

A 5-tab filterable portfolio

Ongoing, completed, commercial, upcoming, all from one data array.

15 gated floor and unit plans

One enquiry unlocks them site-wide.

An owned lead pipeline

An 11-column sheet the client controls, no SaaS fee, a row in about 5 seconds.

A 3-step enquiry flow

Interest, contact, visit, with proper validation.

A full technical handover

Documentation so the team runs and extends it.
